Preschool and Elementary ministry 25 years overseeing birth thru grade 6 serving 150 volunteers. Orange Coaching churches helping teams unpack and implement Orange strategy.
What is your favorite part of being an Orange Specialist?
Connecting with leaders to help them WIN as they do strategic ministry to kids and families. Listening to stories of all God is doing in local churches of all sizes.

Think Orange (uh-huh), Visioneering (Andy Stanley), 7 Principles of Effective Ministry (Stanley,Joiner,Jones)
What are your top 3 pet peeves?
1. Toilet paper and paper towels go on the actual holder (OVER – not under y’all) 2. The metal carts in grocery stores are NOT a buggies. 3. Never refer to the iconic STL Ted Drewes frozen custard experience as merely ice cream.
Do you have any skills that most people don’t know about?
I was a theatre major. I play piano by ear.
If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be?
Caribbean beach with family- paddleboarding.
Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up?
Singer Songwriter. Flight attendant. (Ha! Maybe it was a singing flight attendant.)
How do you want people to remember you?
Family and fun mattered. Serving others was the best. God shined.
What do you want to make sure you do before you die?
Be a backup singer in a musical. Be on a Mom son drift race team.
What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?
More adventure. Connect leaders together. Grow friends.

Never stop learning. Spend your heartbeats wisely.
